Wellness coach Chloe Miller thinks that developing a balanced lifestyle is about developing enduring good practices rather than about perfection.
“Small, doable changes define a balanced lifestyle,” she says. Chloe started her path to a better life with a few easy behaviors anyone could pick up.
She first ranks staying hydrated as top priority. “I carry a water bottle everywhere and it really changes how I feel.” she says. For a cool variation, Chloe advises aiming for eight cups a day and adding slices of lemon or cucumbers.
Still another pillar of her program is exercise. She says, “I focus on 20–30 minutes of movement each day since I don’t have hours to spend at the gym.” Chloe alternately does quick HIIT sessions, yoga, and brisk strolling. “It keeps me energized without eating up too much time.”
Important is also nutrition. “I concentrate on well balanced meals including lots of vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins,” Chloe explains. She follows the 80/20 rule: 80% of the time she eats healthy foods and lets occasional treats.
Chloe underlines last the need of rest. “Getting enough sleep is absolutely vital,” she says. Simple and realistic, Chloe’s healthy habits approach shows that anyone may aim for a more balanced, better living.
