Isla Grant soon discovered how difficult it was to balance eating well with parenting when she started raising two children.

Isla says a turmeric chicken stir-fry for a simple dinner that will satisfy the whole family. Marinate chicken breast pieces in olive oil, turmeric, and garlic. Sauté them among vibrant vegetables such snap peas, carrots, and broccoli.
