“Over the years, I found it more difficult to stick to the more complicated my morning was,” Jenna says. “I look forward it every day since I keep it basic but efficient.”
1. First thing to hydrate is

Jenna’s output during the rest of the morning is fueled by a nutritious breakfast. “I want it high in fiber and protein,” she says. Her preferred method is Greek yogurt topped with chia seeds, berries, and a scattering of nuts. She stays full till lunch and maintains constant energy from this basic meal.
4. Designing Her Day
Jenna spends some time writing her top three priorities before starting chores. “Having a good plan gives me direction,” she explains. She stays from feeling overburdled by concentrating on a few important chores.
