Hannah Cole’s Dairy-Free Desserts for Weekly Meal Prep

Her sweet taste did not vanish when Hannah Cole started to have dairy sensitivity. Rather, it motivated her to make decadent but dairy-free treats everybody could enjoy. “I wanted desserts that felt satisfying but didn’t need difficult components,” she explains.

Three of Hannah’s meal-prep friendly delights are here:

1. Chocolate Avocado Mousse: Whirl ripe avocados, chocolate powder, almond milk, and a little maple syrup. “You wouldn’t guess it’s dairy-free; it’s creamy, chocolatey,” Hannah says.

2. Coconut Chia Pudding: Combine coconut milk with chia seeds and drizz with honey. Let it marinate over night; top with fresh berries. She says, “It’s ideal for breakfast or a noon snack.”

3. Banana Oat Cookies: Mash ripe bananas then stir with rolled oats; bake till golden. “They’re fantastic for grabbing on the fly,” Hannah says.

Hannah’s treats show that dairy-free does not translate into flavor-free. She exhorts, “experiment and have fun.” “The possibilities are almost unlimited.”
