Gluten-free recipes for quick dinners by Mia Adams

Mia Adams, a working mother, wanted dinners free of gluten and quick preparation. She says, “Finding meals that everyone loves was difficult; but, once I discovered my go-to recipes, it became so much easier!”

One-pot dishes are Mia’s first suggestion for easy, gluten-free dinners. Her preferred is a chicken and vegetable stir-fry topped with a little soy sauce free of gluten. “My kids love it; it’s quick, healthy,” she says. She says that having a few adaptable spices on hand may really make all the difference.

Gluten-free spaghetti is another basic food Mia eats. “Pasta evenings are life savers,” she says. “I toss it with olive oil, roasted vegetables, and some cheese.” Given various gluten-free pasta types have varying textures, Mia advises closely reading labels.

Working great in casseroles or as side dishes, Mia also enjoys experimenting with gluten-free grains like quinoa and rice. Mia’s counsel to people just starting gluten-free cooking is straightforward: “Stick to naturally gluten-free foods like veggies, lean proteins, and whole grains; you’ll be set!”

Easy, gluten-free dinners are within reach using Mia’s technique. “It’s all about finding meals that work for you and your family,” she says. “Cooking gluten-free doesn’t have to be complicated to be delicious.”
