Ivy White’s Paleo Diet Tips for Better Energy and Focus

Ivy White sought the Paleo diet to reset her health after battling poor energy and cognitive fog. “I needed a way to feel sharp and more creative,” she explains.

1. Start the Day with Protein

“For me, skipping carbs in the morning changed everything.” Ivy says. She suggests smoothies with collagen powder, almond butter, and unsweeteled coconut milk as well as scrambled eggs with spinach and turkey bacon.

2. Snack Smart

Ivy always carries paleolithic-friendly foods for consistent energy. She explains, “I’ll take a handful of mixed nuts, beef jerky, or an apple with almond butter. Avoiding processed snacks has kept her focused throughout hectic afternoons.

3. Prioritize Healthy Fats

Ivy stresses including in meals avocados, olive oil, and fatty salmon. “They keep me feeling full and support better brain function,” she says. Her preferred lunch is a salad of mixed greens, grilled salmon, olive oil and balsamic vinegar drizzled over.

4. Meal Prep for Success

“Planning ahead helps one to stick to the diet much more easily,” Ivy counsels. Sunday afternoons she cooks roasted chicken thighs, baked sweet potatoes, and sautéed greens. “That means I always have something healthy on hand.” she says.

Ivy has changed her energy level and mental clarity by implementing little, consistent adjustments. For me, the Paleo diet has been a total reset. “It’s about fuelling your body with what it really needs.”
