Aurora Drew’s Clean Eating to Support Blood Flow

Aurora Drew had always considered herself fairly healthy. She exercised regularly, drank plenty of water, and avoided fast food. But despite her efforts, she often felt cold, tired, and foggy—especially during long workdays.

A visit to her naturopath revealed something she hadn’t considered: poor circulation.

“It wasn’t anything serious,” she explains, “but it helped me connect the dots between how I was eating and how my body was functioning.”

That’s when Aurora began exploring clean eating with a new purpose—not just for weight or skin, but to nourish her blood and help it move more efficiently through her body. “I stopped focusing on calories and started focusing on circulation,” she says.

She leaned into foods that naturally support blood flow: deep-colored fruits, leafy greens, healthy fats like olive oil and avocado. But she also shifted her rhythm—eating regular meals instead of skipping breakfast or rushing lunch. She found that warm, nourishing foods like lentil stew or roasted beets gave her a lasting sense of energy without the crash.

Aurora also noticed that staying hydrated made a big difference. She added slices of citrus to her water and drank herbal teas that kept her warm and supported her digestion. “It’s amazing how quickly I felt a difference when I tuned in,” she says.

Now, clean eating is no longer just a checklist—it’s a tool. Her fingers no longer go numb in cold weather. Her thinking feels clearer. Most of all, she feels connected to her body in a new way. “Food can be powerful when you let it be,” she says. “And blood flow isn’t just about the heart—it’s about the life force moving through you.”
