Brisa Wynn’s Weight-Loss Meal Plan with Clean Ingredients

Brisa Wynn had tried every kind of diet—counting calories, cutting carbs, juice cleanses. But nothing ever felt sustainable. “It always felt like a punishment,” she admits. “I was either hungry, tired, or obsessing about what I wasn’t allowed to eat.”

That mindset changed when she discovered clean eating—not as a fad, but as a framework. “I stopped thinking about what I had to remove and started thinking about what I could add,” she says.

For Brisa, clean ingredients meant foods that were close to their natural form—whole grains, colorful vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats. Nothing ultra-processed, nothing with long ingredient lists, and nothing that made her feel deprived.

She designed a simple meal plan for herself—not rigid, not complicated, but thoughtful. A warm bowl of quinoa with roasted veggies for lunch. A grilled chicken salad with olive oil for dinner. Snacks were fresh fruit or a spoonful of almond butter. The meals filled her up and gave her steady energy—something she’d never felt on restrictive diets.

Most importantly, she didn’t feel like she was “on” something. “It wasn’t about tricking my body into losing weight,” she says. “It was about supporting it so it could finally feel safe to let go.”

Over three months, Brisa dropped the weight—but also dropped the anxiety around food. “Clean eating gave me clarity,” she reflects. “And for once, I wasn’t fighting against my body.”
