Expert in clean eating and fitness Emma Clarke thinks a balanced diet is mostly dependent on proteins. Her high-protein dishes are not only wholesome but also rather flavourful.
“Protein does not mean dull chicken breasts every day,” Emma says. “It’s about balance and inspiration.”
A crowd-pleasure are Emma’s Quinoa Chicken Bowls. This dish, which calls for grilled chicken, fluffy quinoa, roasted veggies, and a drizzle of tahini sauce, is as healthy as it is good.
Emma’s Salmon Patties are another must-try. Packed in omega-3s, these patties are produced from fresh salmon, almond flour, eggs, and seasonings. Emma notes, “They’re ideal for meal prep.”
Emma recommends her Greek Yoghurt Protein Pancakes for breakfast, which call for Greek yoghurt, oats, and egg whites. “Top them with fresh berries and you’ll start your day with great energy,” she says.
